The American Society for Transplantation and Cellular Therapy (ASTCT) in collaboration with Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis and National Marrow Donor Program / Be The Match® is proud to announce the 6th Annual ASTCT Fall Clinical Education Conference. The conference will be held September 19-21, 2019 at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. This multi-day conference for NPs, PAs, nurses, fellows and junior faculty will be focused on the care of blood and marrow transplant and cell therapy patients.

All cancellations and/or refund requests must be received in writing to info@astct.org. A $75 administrative fee will be assessed for requests received through August 9, 2019.  Any refund requested after August 9, 2019 will require a $150 administrative fee.

No refunds will be issued after Friday, September 13, 2019.

If any circumstances or event beyond the control of ASTCT causes cancellation of all or any portion of the event, ASTCT agrees to refund any portion of the registration fee which ASTCT is reimbursed by insurance or other third party and shall not be liable for any other refund or payment arising from the cancellation or for other liability or damages arising from the event.

Exhibit Opportunities

We would like to invite you to participate as an exhibitor at this conference. The exhibit area will be open September 19-21 outside the educational presentations. There will be two networking lunches as well as multiple breaks where attendees will be encouraged to visit the Exhibit Hall and network with our exhibitors.
