Membership Frequently Asked Questions
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR MEMBERSHIP?
We have 5 different membership types that include Member, Associate Member, Affiliate Member, In-Training Member, In-Training International Member as options to provide membership to individuals with an MD or PhD who specialize in blood marrow transplantation, non-MD or non-PhD individuals, or individuals who are fellows in BMT training programs. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BECOME A MEMBER?
Both Full Member and Associate Member dues are $225 per calendar year.
Affiliate Membership is $150 per calendar year.
International In-Training membership is $75 and there is no cost to US In-Training membership.
HOW LONG DOES MEMBERSHIP LAST?
Our membership cycle begins January 1 and ends December 31. We open our renewal period in October to renew for the next year.
ARE ADJUSTMENTS TO DUES MADE IF I JOIN MID-YEAR?
No, we do not offer prorated membership or discounts for joining throughout the year. Joining/renewing outside of the renewal window will require you to renew on the calendar year expiration dates.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DOES ASTCT ACCEPT?
We accept payment by credit card and checks. We do not accept credit card payment by phone. Payment instructions are outlined on the invoice provided to you.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ANNUAL RENEWAL INVOICE?
Renewals begin in October and last through December 31.
